Connection

Commissioned via a Facebook friend: Soft pastel painting done from a black and white photo emailed by the client to me (artist) with descriptions of skin, hair, and eye color, and backup photos. The client presented the shipped painting to his daughter and her husband as a gift for Christmas. They were moved to tears and so happily surprised, reportedly.
